Before your order can be dispatched, we must receive payment in full.
When your order has been confirmed with payment we will send out a confirmation email. If your order is received before 1pm on weekdays we will do our very best to get the item couriered the same day. Later confirmed orders will be processed the following day.
For weekend and public holidays this will be sent out the very next business day.
Orders over $100.00 will be shipped through nz freight free (excluding larger items or furniture pieces)
Larger items and furniture pieces will be quoted at the time of your query.
We use Fastway Couriers with track and trace for all parcels within New Zealand.
Within NZ, please allow 3-7 working days for delivery of regular and small items that are in stock.
For unstocked items, we will advise you of the approximate delivery date at which time you may accept or cancel your order.
Larger items, such as furniture pieces may expect a longer delivery time, we can inform you of the estimated delivery times upon your query or payment.
We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
For overseas queries on orders and postage, please contact us directly by phone or email and we will endeavour to give you a quote on costings within 48 hours.
Keeping a track of your new purchase
Once your order has been confirmed, as we said above we will send you out a confirmation email.
When your order has been shipped you will again receive an email acknowledging this.
If you are at all concerned that your new purchase has not arrived to your door within 3 days or so, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will track and trace this for you.
