TERMS AND CONDITIONS (or the small print!)
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Collaboration online store. By placing an order, you agree to and are bound by these terms.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices on the Collaboration online store are given in New Zealand Dollars, inclusive of GST but excludes delivery costs.
We accept payment by PayPal.
All items on the Collaboration online store are subject to availability. If the item you have chosen is unavailable we will inform you as soon as possible, and give you an estimated time of delivery if this item is on order.
There could be some down times regarding the online system in updating stock levels and in this case we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to fulfil the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.
All stock on-line is available in our Taupo store, however not all stock in our physical store is marketed on-line, so if there is a gorgeous product you have seen in store, and you can’t find it on our website, please give us a call or send us an email and we can let you know availability, price and can sort delivery and payment for you also.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CANCECLLATIONS
We take great care in choosing products that we love and hope that you love, but we do have a policy should you not be completely happy with your on-line purchase with us at Collaboration.
If the item you have received has arrived damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately. You can do this by either email or phone, we will then advise you of the best course of action. The most common course of action is to return the damaged or faulty item back to us asap, (within 5 days of you receiving the item) and we will organise a replacement, credit or full refund on the item as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, and freight back is at your cost.
If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, it can be returned or exchanged provided that it is as new, in original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Again please contact us immediately within 5 days of receiving your purchase if you wish to exchange.
(Exchanges can be at the discretion of Collaboration, as we are not obligated to exchange due to change of mind)
As for both returns and exchanges you will need to provide proof of purchase and cover return costs.
Returns , refunds and exchanges are not available on sale items, so please choose carefully.
Once an order has been placed and paid for you are unable to cancel or alter the order, unless this item is not in stock.
Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing.
Colour variations can occur on different computers, we endeavour to get the most accurate photos and colours as possible but we are not responsible for any colour variances that may occur.
Information we collect is used entirely to process your order and to stay in touch with you whilst the process is ongoing.
We guarantee that your personal information will not be shared by any third parties.
